Job Description
About The Role: To provide exemplary service, support, advice and delivery services to Workday clients. Leading and/or participating in consulting teams on client engagements, internal projects, & practice building.
To lead client workshops or Teams calls, providing guidance on design decisions, defining functional solutions, troubleshooting and testing.
To become a \xe2\x80\x+cproduct owner\xe2\x80\x+d or \xe2\x80\x+cproduct specialist\xe2\x80\x+d in one or more finance Functional Areas, providing an in-house point of contact, configuration guidance & functional expertise to colleagues and clients.
To train, support and upskill junior team members as required based on your experience and help further develop Workday deployment & Hypercare + AMS offerings. Skills & Experience 5+ years\xe2\x80\x++ experience of Workday Financials configuration in at least 3 of the following functional areas:
• Procurement
• Supplier Accounts
• Customer Contracts
• Customer Accounts
• Banking Settlements
• Financial Accounting
• Direct Intercompany
• Business Assets
• Adaptive Planning
Excellent written & spoken English language skills are essential. Other languages such as French, Spanish or German would be a bonus. UK sponsorship may be offered to top performers after 6 months. Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and support with design & customer requirement workshops
• Confident in configuring Workday
• Excellent problem solver
• Ability to create effort estimates based on customer requirements
• Eager to master additional modules of Workday
• Support and mentor junior resources based in UK, Portugal & India
• Achieve a high level of utilization
The ideal candidate:
• Will hold a bachelor\xe2\x80\x++s degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study
• A minimum of one end to end Workday Fins project or a strong background in Financials & System Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be consultative in their customer approach
• Have excellent oral & written communication skills
