As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate - Operate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital Management to address complex business challenges and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities
• Supporting client engagements by leveraging Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise
• Managing and executing Workday HCM transformation projects to enhance client operations
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement and strategic human resource planning
• Collaborating with teams to implement employee engagement strategies and workforce analytics
• Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for organizational development and change management
• Facilitating benefits administration and human resources metrics to optimize talent management
• Leading project management efforts, including project budgeting and workforce planning
• Developing solutions for human resources consulting and employee relations investigations
• Embracing change and fostering inclusion within client environments to promote well-being and teamwork
What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
