Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

Resolve customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
•
Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
•
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO industry is a plus.
• Experience:
•
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Working Hours:
•
Flexible working hours, including rotational shifts (Day/Night shifts based on business requirements).
