Job Description
We have an immediate need for experienced and/or semi-experienced woodworkers for our window manufacturing and shop services department.
Qualifications
Must have machinery/carpentry skills to make precise cuts to properly fabricate windows and doors
Knowledge in all aspects of window manufacturing including casing & sill application on Marvin windows and doors
Knowledge of using various tools for milling, assembly, sanding & glazing
Ability to safely operate woodworking machines
Knowledge of using drill bits, drill press, hand drills saws, etc.
Prepare and set up machines and operate safety
A good understanding of drawings, shop drawings, blueprints, and architectural drawings
Must be detail-oriented and complete understanding every project’s requirement
Responsibilities:
Manufacturing, assembling and glazing wood windows
Setting up window and door frames
Casing application
Prepping products for painting
