Hookah Maker

We are looking for someone who has an extensive knowledge on hookah/seesha, who can handle packing and prepping the hookahs and can go above and beyond when serving customers. Hours would be 9pm to 2am.

Duties

Serve hookahs promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist in the sanitation of tables, utensils, and dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques.
Adhere to food / hookah safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Hookah setting up knowledge and how to attend the tables throughout their stay (coals, flavours etc)
Ability to sanitize work areas effectively and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to assist guests effectively.
Capability to upsell menu items creatively while understanding customer preferences.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
