Job Summary
Fowler Woodworking is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodworker to assist in custom woodworking and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will help build, assemble, and finish wood products while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials for custom projects
Build furniture, cabinetry, and other wood structures
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces to quality standards
Assist with repairs, installations, and remodeling tasks
Maintain a clean and organized workshop and job site
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements
Previous woodworking, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical ability to lift and move materials safely
Reliable attendance and punctuality
