Locations : Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, Kanpur, Varanasi, Jaipur
Salary : 3.75 LPA + Reimbursements + Attractive Incentives
Experience Required : 4 to 14 years in Sales (Agency Channel preferred)
Job Description Responsibilities
As a Sr. Agency Manager , your primary role is to lead and drive insurance sales through Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and develop Business Associates and agents on a commission basis
• Supervise and ensure execution of agent activity plans
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) and update the Sales Management System
• Promote Career Progression Programs for agents
• Drive usage of CRM tools and Agent Portals to manage customer base and boost cross-selling
• Work towards monthly and yearly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (Life Insurance or related industry preferred)
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for results
• High confidence, maturity, and a proven ability to manage teams
• Should be well-connected in the local area with a strong grasp of the local market
• Stable career background with measurable success in previous roles
