Expecting More.Our Values: Leadership | Community | Integrity | Agility | DiversityJOB POSITIONCarelon is seeking for Associate Finance JR person who is having strong knowledge on Accounting, General Ledger & Reporting.JOB RESPONSIBILITYResponsible for the timely and accurate preparation of external financial statements and all related filings.Primary duties may include, but not limited to:Handling reconciliations, refunds and other billing system activities.Prepares financial statements using the general ledger system and specific financial statement preparation software and analyzes results.Assists with responses to government and/or regulatory agencies requests and questions.Participates in the evaluation of anticipated transactions and assists with implementing changes to the financial statements and related disclosures, including the impact on risk-based capital.Requires B.COM/MBA degree in Accounting or Finance; 0-1+ years of related accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience in accounting, which provides an equivalent background.Good communication - Both written and spoken English - Ability to understand and articulate.Good comprehension and interpretation skills - English LanguageGood logical thinking abilityShould have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / PPT)QUALIFICATIONB.
