Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Welding / NDT Structural Engineer for a project in Hazira, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for welding inspection, NDT activities, and structural quality control at site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding inspection and quality control activities
• Conduct and supervise NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities
• Ensure compliance with welding procedures and project specifications
• Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
• Monitor structural fabrication and erection activities
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection reports
• Coordinate with site teams for quality assurance
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in welding/NDT/structural works
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT)
• Experience in structural fabrication and erection projects
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in NDT (Level II preferred)
• Experience in industrial projects (Oil & Gas / Heavy Engineering preferred)
• Strong understanding of welding codes and standards
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
