Web & Graphic Designe

Bytegrow Technologies Jaipur is looking for an experienced web & graphic designer (expertise in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and other AI tools) who will be responsible for designing great websites, web applications, graphic designs and mobile apps for our clients. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.

Please Note: This is an on-site position. We are currently not offering Work From Home (WFH) or remote opportunities.

Roles And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Design modern, responsive websites, web applications, landing pages, and mobile app interfaces.
• Create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and developers to transform ideas into engaging user experiences.
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with current UI/UX best practices.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative workflows.
• Deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other modern AI-powered design tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and layout.
• Experience designing responsive websites, web portals, dashboards, and mobile applications.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing web design, mobile UI, branding, illustrations, or graphic design work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
