• About Wholesale Banking Coverage Group
- The Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) focusses on doing business with customers such as the Government, Strategic, large and mid-corporates and the SMEs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil& Gas, Metals, têxtiles etc. The Corporate lending business emphasizes on doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing working capital facilities.About the Role
Central Ministries team maintain Relationships at State Directorate, PFMS (SPMU) level
- SNO, ASNO, AO etc and generate advance information resulting in an edge to the RM / SH / GH for working and building upon the
- advance information and conversion to Business.Key Responsibilities
Assist SH / GH & RM in Pre -sales technical Query resolutions pertaining to PFMS which helps the State
resources convert business.
Support to SHs/ RMs in execution of PFMS related mandates, is responsible in streamlining query resolution
pertaining to PFMS for stakeholders

Amalgamate the PFMS understanding and its merging with the CBS solutions
Co-ordinating with the State Directorates / SPMUs to understand the Implementation realities of the market
& Assisting resources with all the required proactive information
Co-ordination with Internal Products and IT Teams..
Be updated with all the latest Oms pertaining to PFMS
Expanding universe of Seeding in PFMS-PFMSABLE ACCOUNTS
Responsible for Implementation of the PFMS related Activities
Responsible for arranging for SPMU to write to CPMU/ CGA
- for mobilizing support for faster execution of
- mandate related activities
Trainings to resources / clients / GCG SHs & RMsQualifications
- from a recognized institute.
- Must have trained on PFMS System
- Certificate of Master Trainer desirable but not mandatory.
• Role Proficiencies:
- 3-5 years
- exposure in a government set up in State/ central Bureaucracy.
- Solution Implementation & Improvement of TAT
- Ensuring replication and scalability
- Process enhancement
- Understanding of the State Level Bureaucracy.
- Preferred experience of already engaging with the State Departments / SPMU/CPMU /CGA as master
trainers
- Understanding of PFMS & GeM eco system.
- Conversant with Central Sector Schemes, Centrally Sponsored Schemes, State Schemes & Direct Benefit Transfers.
- Sensitivity to escalations pertaining to PFMS
- Inking to train & retrain
- Keen eye to identify new opportunities within PFMS & GeM ecosystem.
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and propose Mix & Match Solutions which are implementable by bank
- Collaboration is a strength
