Job Description
Combined Pool & Spa is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Water Lab Technician & Chemical Sales Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building relationships, this could be the perfect fit.
This position is the face of our water testing department. You'll help customers keep their pools and hot tubs clean, safe, and easy to maintain while recommending products that make ownership simple and enjoyable.
What You'll Do
Professionally test pool and hot tub water using our digital water lab.
Explain water test results in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Recommend the proper chemicals and maintenance products.
Help customers understand how to care for their pool or spa.
Stock, organize, and maintain the chemical department.
Keep the water lab clean, accurate, and running efficiently.
Assist customers with filters, covers, accessories, and replacement parts.
Learn our product lines and stay current on water care best practices.
Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
Support sales promotions, seasonal events, and store activities.
What We're Looking For
Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Enjoys helping people solve problems.
Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable learning water chemistry (we'll train you).
Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
Available to work two Saturdays per month as part of the team schedule.
