Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Primary duties of this position are to assist in receiving and packaging orders and occasionally will be required to complete stock pulls for customer orders. Will receive in all parcels from couriers, ensuring packages are correctly accounted for. Identify all incoming products, breakdown, and allocate to the correct department.
COMPENSATION
$20.00 per hour plus benefits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Unloading/Assisting couriers with incoming deliveries.
Landing all parcels correctly and allocating to the correct department
Breakdown and place all products into the correct bins, ensuring all conveyers are clear at day end
Report any delivery problems to supervisor
Maintain an organized receiving environment
Maintain our focus on customer service while performing various order processing tasks
Assist in packaging of industrial electronics and related components for shipment, ensuring all orders are packaged and labeled correctly.
Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills are required
General knowledge of Windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be a team player with focus on department growth and process improvement
Must work well in a team environment with constant interaction among the staff
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong Computer proficiency
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work at fast pace
Attention to detail
Problem solving abilities
Good communication skills
METRIC & MEASUREMENT
Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard.
Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent require
