Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Executive to manage and support day-to-day warehouse and operational activities.
This is an all-rounder operations role, where the candidate will be involved in multiple functions such as warehouse operations, billing support, city operations coordination, logistics handling, packing, and dispatch activities.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle inventory accurately, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure proper inventory handling and stock organization inside the warehouse.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of warehouse materials.
Perform rack-wise auditing and stock verification regularly.
Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for timely shipment of orders.
Maintain and update dispatch logs and delivery schedules.
Verify stock details twice before dispatch to avoid errors.
Billing & Documentation Support
Support billing-related activities and documentation when required.
Create and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the inventory system.
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement.
Prepare daily operational reports such as:
Inventory reports
Dispatch reports
Delivery reports
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse / logistics / operations
Comfortable handling multiple operational responsibilities
Immediate joiners preferred
Willing to work in a fast-paced operations environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
