Responsibilities and Deliverables
This role requires a professional who can balance day-to-day shift management operations with strategic forward-thinking decision making, ensuring efficient and effective workflow across Amazon warehouses.
You will be responsible for:
• Optimizing labor and capacity resources to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
• Ensuring effective communication occurs at shift handoffs.
• Creating a culture of safety, monitoring equipment and conditions, and responding to incidents.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the role also involves rotating across functions and businesses to enhance learning experiences and provide a holistic understanding of the businesses.
