Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory control measures
- Develop and enforce procedures for safe and efficient warehouse operations
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring their adherence to company policies and procedures
- Optimize space utilization within the warehouse, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Implement and maintain effective security measures to safeguard warehouse inventory and assets
• Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics principles
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and computer systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
• Salary: ₹11,186.35 - ₹35,000.00 per month
