Designation: support engineer/technical engineer.
Experience: Minimum 0.6 to 2 years
Skills and Abilities:
• 0 to 2 years work experience in application support/client assistance
• Providing technical support and customer service to our clients.
• Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone.
• Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members.
• Flexible to work shifts.
• Update users about request status and close requests when users are satisfied with solutions
• Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups
• Team management/leading skills will be an add-on.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
