We are looking for a Memory Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience in memory circuit design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and verifying SRAM/compiler memory circuits, along with a strong understanding of CMOS analog/digital design principles.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop SRAM/compiler memory circuits for advanced technology nodes.
• Perform circuit design, simulation, and optimization for performance, power, and area (PPA).
• Design memory sub-blocks such as sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, precharge circuits, and control logic.
• Conduct schematic design, simulation, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools.
• Collaborate with layout, characterization, and verification teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.
• Analyze and debug silicon issues, supporting characterization and product validation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the memory development cycle.
Required Skills - 3+ years of experience in Memory Design.
• Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and memory design concepts.
• Hands-on experience with custom circuit design and transistor-level simulations.
• Good knowledge of CMOS analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with advanced process nodes is an added advantage.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.
• Experience with low-power and high-speed memory design is a plus.
