Job Description
Prioritizes the work schedule to meet the need of the patients.
• Check vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly.
• Give medicines, injections, and treatments ordered by doctors.
• Help patients with daily needs like hygiene, feeding, and moving safely.
• Prepare patients for medical tests and collect lab samples.
• Take and give shift handover reports.
• Keep patient charts and medical history up to date.
• Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic room and ward conditions.
• Check stock levels for medical supplies and drugs .
• Work closely with doctors and other medical staff as a team.
