Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Design & Audio-Video Editing Faculty for a full-time, on-site position at our Nirman Nagar, Jaipur campus.
The faculty member will be responsible for delivering professional training in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Color Grading and Audio-Video Production through classroom sessions, practical labs and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver practical and industry-oriented training in Graphic Design and Audio-Video Editing.
• Teach design fundamentals including layout, typography, branding, visual communication and digital illustration.
• Train students in video editing, motion graphics, color correction, color grading and visual storytelling.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, demonstrations and practical exercises.
• Conduct classroom sessions, software demonstrations and hands‑on lab training.
• Guide students in developing professional design portfolios and video showreels.
• Supervise student projects and provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback.
• Mentor students for internships, freelancing and employment opportunities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuously improve training methodologies.
• Stay updated with current design trends, video formats, creative workflows and industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with the academic and management team to improve student learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, composition and digital design.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
• Experience with color correction and professional color grading.
• Hands‑on expertise in Motion Graphics and visual animation.
• Knowledge of video production fundamentals including planning, storyboarding, shooting and basic audio handling.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools
• Previous experience in teaching, training or mentoring students in Graphic Design, Multimedia or Video Editing.
• Strong communication, presentation and classroom‑management skills.
• Ability to train learners across different skill levels.
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation or a related discipline preferred.
• A strong professional portfolio/showreel demonstrating Graphic Design, Video Editing and Motion Graphics work is required.
• Commercial studio, agency or production experience will be an added advantage.
