Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Work from Office])

Position: Customer Support Associate - Semi voice

Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
Minimum typing speed requirement: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Candidates with Locomotor Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & BenefitsFor Freshers

Monthly CTC: 16,000
Approximate In-hand Salary: 11,240
For Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

Monthly CTC: 18,000
Approximate In-hand Salary: 13,163
Additional Benefit

Quarterly Performance Bonus: 3,192
Work Schedule

6 working days per week with 1 rotational weekly off
Total shift duration: * hours
8 hours of working time
1 hour break
