Job Description
Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
Eligibility :
Chennai based Female candidates only.
Any Graduates Preferably Freshers (2025 & 2026 passed outs) with a passion for HR Recruitment
Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
Hindi language proficiency is added advantage
Ability to interact confidently with candidates
Immediate Joiners only
