Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Job Description Creation: Draft and update JDs for various positions across departments.
Sourcing & Screening: Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
Healthcare Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within the healthcare sector.
Coordination: Work closely with HODs to understand manpower requirements and arrange interviews.
Candidate Management: Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Campus Recruitment: Coordinate and conduct campus interviews and selection drives.
Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases for future requirements.
Follow-up: Ensure timely feedback and closure of positions within the defined timelines.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, especially in healthcare.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong reporting and documentation skills (MS Excel proficiency preferred).
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
