Experience : 4-12 years

Location : PAN India

NP : Immediate to 45 days

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must Have:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development, with a total of 5 to 10 years of IT experience
• Hands on experience in BPA, Build workzone
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Leverage deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including SAP BTP, process automation, data management, integration, analytics, and application development to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP BTP solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Drive the technical design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, leveraging technologies like SAP CAP, RAP, and ABAP where needed
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP development
• Hands-on experience in both SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), and SAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Knowledge of various integration patterns, including API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and message-based integration.
• Experience with developing and deploying cloud-native applications using technologies like Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ensure code quality and performance in a cloud or hybrid environment.
• Strong technical skills in SAP BTP Framework, including Application Development, Business Process Automation, Cloud Integration, Extension Suite, and Data Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Should have proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP BTP solutions. Oversee run activities related to the BTP Platform and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP BTP.

Good-to-have
• Worked in SAP BTP practice, including recruitment, training, and capability building.
• Manage relationship with SAP and other ecosystem partners, including hyperscaler partners
• Experience in multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to machine learning, IoT, or AI services within SAP BTP.
• Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of data governance and security standards

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Professional to join our Finance & Controlling team.

The ideal candidate must bring strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial controlling, accounting operations, compliance, and team leadership.

Experience in managing a finance team of 5+ members is highly preferred.

• Lead and supervise daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)

• Streamline accounting workflows and improve process efficiency

• Drive automation and standardized reporting

• Implement best practices in financial operations

👥 Team Leadership & Coordination

• Manage, mentor & review a finance team of 5+ members

• Allocate tasks, monitor deliverables & ensure timely execution

• Support capability building and performance improvement of the team

• Coordinate smoothly with internal departments & external stakeholders

💼 Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise

• 10+ years in Finance, Accounts & Controlling

• Strong command over budgeting, forecasting & MIS

• Expertise in Tally ERP / Tally Prime & advanced MS Excel

• Solid understanding of GST, TDS & statutory frameworks
