Full job description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an entry-level Print Production Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced print production environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Basic knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Previous experience in a print production office is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and operate digital print production equipment, including:
Digital printing machines
UV printers
Duplo cutting machines
Wide format printers
Assist with print production tasks to ensure quality and timely delivery
Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally
Provide customer quotes and print job status updates
Work closely with the team to meet production deadlines
Required Skills & Attributes:
Willingness to learn new machines, tools, and processes
Comfortable using computers and basic office technology
Strong communication skills (email and phone)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in printing, production, or graphic design
Familiarity with digital or wide-format printing workflows
Core Expectations (Very Important):
Strong punctuality and reliability are required
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
Customer service is a top priority
Laziness and tardiness are not tolerated
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
