JD as follows
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2013 and any desktop applications.
• Knowledge of Outlook installation & troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of printer installation
• Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IP address
• Windows installation like (Windows 7, 8, 8.1,10 )
• Knowledge of all types of PC troubleshooting
• Knowledge of OSI Layer
• Knowledge of TCP / IP
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other equipment.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
• Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
• Resolved application related issues.
