Location: Stoa Bokarina, QLD

We’re seeking experienced, service-driven waitstaff to join the front-of-house team at Stoa, Bokarina’s newest destination for refined coastal dining. From relaxed morning coffees to vibrant evening tapas and drinks, Stoa blends sophistication with warmth, offering a unique space for both guests and staff to enjoy.
As part of our opening team, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences while working in a thoughtfully designed, modern venue that values detail, professionalism, and connection.
About the Role
We are looking for skilled and confident hospitality professionals who can:
Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced setting
Confidently manage a section, take accurate orders, and make thoughtful recommendations
Carry 3 plates, pour wine, and communicate effectively with both the kitchen and FOH teams
Ensure each guest has a seamless experience, whether they’re dining in or grabbing a coffee to go
Help maintain a clean, well-organised, and welcoming environment
Work collaboratively during busy services and contribute to the positive culture on the floor
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar table-service or café environment
Passionate about food, drinks, and genuine hospitality
Comfortable with both daytime café service and evening tapas/bar-style service
Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional attitude
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
Current RSA and reliable transport
