Roles and Responsibilities
• Customer Service

Greet guests politely, guide them to tables, present menus, and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their dining experience.
• Order Taking & Service

Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen, and serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner.
• Table Management

Set up tables before service, maintain cleanliness during service, and reset tables after guests leave.
• Food & Beverage Assistance

Assist in basic food preparation, beverage preparation, and ensure correct presentation before serving.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment while following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Billing & Payment Handling

Prepare bills, process payments (cash/card/digital), and return accurate change when required.
• Team Support

Support kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Guest Satisfaction

Handle guest requests, solve minor complaints professionally, and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Stock & Supplies

Monitor service supplies such as cutlery, napkins, glasses, and report shortages to supervisors.
• Operational Flexibility

Assist in multiple roles such as hosting, serving, cleaning, and basic kitchen help depending on operational needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,995.91 per month
