HIRING LOCATIONS: Hawthorne, Diamond Bar, and Garden Grove

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
