The Role
As a Chef de Rang, you will:
Oversee a section of the dining room, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in your section.
Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years length of service and a further 3 days at 5 years length of service, prorated to your contract hours.
