Job Description
We're on the hunt for experienced Wait Staff with a passion for exceptional customer service! As a service attendant, you’ll be the face of our store and the first point of contact with our customers. Your main goal is to deliver a top-tier experience, ensuring our guests leave with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm welcome
- Introduce our menus and walk through dish and drink options
- Recommend our specialties to enhance their dining experience
- Take and accurately process orders
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure satisfaction
- Follow food, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure quality service
- Inspect dishes for quality and presentation, ensuring they meet our high standards
- Address customer requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide checks and process payments efficiently
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep the floor clean and organised, clearing tables as needed

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- You’re a natural multi-tasker who greets everyone with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Skilled in time management and able to stay calm under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills, both with customers and team members
- Ability to work quickly, with urgency, and maintain a high level of service
