Our boutique showcases carefully curated collections of home décor, artisan-made fashion, ready-to-wear clothing, accessories, textiles and unique gifts.
Our Café extends the Curiosity Lab experience. It is a safe, elegant and welcoming Café where travellers and local guests feel at home, enjoy fresh, light and flavourful cuisine, and discover a beautiful destination worth sharing. We are currently hiring for pur Café: Waiter/ Café Service Associate
Your Role
You are the face of our café. More than serving food, you create an experience where every guest feels welcomed, comfortable and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest warmly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the menu and confidently explain our food and beverages.
- Recommend menu items and daily specials.
- Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and presentation.
- Ensure every table remains clean, comfortable and inviting.
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and barista to provide effective service.
- Handle customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Anticipate guests needs and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Contribute to creating an atmosphere that encourages customers to relax, stay longer and return.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in cafés, restaurants or hospitality.
- Friendly, energetic and naturally welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Salary : based on experience and skills.
