Responsibilities:Consistently meeting sales budgetsExpand the product portfolio and deepen the relationships with the supplier partnersCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance value to customers in terms of product range, availability, price, and serviceNegotiate contracts with preferential terms in terms of cost, availability, and serviceEstablish operational performance metrics for vendors and ensure adherence to agreed service levels
SkillsThe ideal candidate should have a successful track record in a Business Development / Sales role, with exposure to the US market.Hands on Experience in US Voice process in Direct Sales or Customer Support with Cross Selling or Up-selling process.Excellent Team Management skills with an attitude and drive towards ROI of the team and achieving revenue targets.Must have excellent analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programsSuperior negotiation skills in standard as well as complex environments/situationsCapability to work collaboratively with peers, vendors, and supply chain partners and influence their key leadersAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and reliably get things done on time.Must be able to deal with ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect or inadequate information Read more
