VP Commercial Lending

Kendall Bank is seeing a VP-Commercial Lending for our Overland Park, KS location. The VP Commercial Lending is responsible for sourcing commercial lending and banking services to businesses within the Kansas, Missouri and other bordering states market. The VP Commercial Lending is responsible for ensuring appropriate structuring of lending opportunities, loan pricing in accordance with Kendall Bank's guidelines and fee/premium strategy. The VP Commercial Lending must be able to engage in conversations that are client focused, easy to understand and lead to a solution that solves the financial needs of prospects and clients. This position will work directly with clients in providing more complex loans associated with commercial real estate, SBA 7(a) and other federal or state government loan guarantee programs. Qualifications: Banking: 5 years (preferred) SBA Lending: 5 years (preferred) Annual production of $10 million+: 3 years (preferred)
