Volunteer Services Coordinator

Drive volunteer engagement and support at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario. This permanent full-time role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a positive volunteer culture.

As the Volunteer Services Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing a strong volunteer program that aligns with hospital priorities. This role requires collaboration with various departments and the RMH Foundation to ensure volunteers have meaningful experiences. You will lead initiatives in recruitment, scheduling, and recognition, promoting volunteer involvement across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment strategies for diverse volunteers

• Collaborate to identify volunteer opportunities

• Manage volunteer scheduling and appreciation initiatives

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to volunteers

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Services or related field

• Minimum 3 years of volunteer coordination experience

• Knowledge of volunteer management principles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
