About This Opportunity
CoSA needs volunteers who are compassionate, non-judgmental, and committed to restorative justice. They should possess strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and a willingness to work with individuals convicted of ****** offenses. Volunteers must be able to provide both emotional support and accountability, helping offenders navigate reintegration challenges while maintaining community safety. A belief in rehabilitation and a dedication to social justice are key traits for CoSA volunteers, as their role requires balancing empathy with the need for personal and public responsibility.
