The role is varied and you'll get to work with very motivated Grae Matta Foundation volunteers. You'll also get the opportunity to work with an amazing HR Director who is on hand to help support and guide you in your career.

What are we looking for?
General HR administration experience and a passion for supporting people
What will you be doing?
So what could your time at Grae Matta look like? Managing new starter documents and uploading to HR System Supporting the recruitment team with sourcing candidates and admin etc. Reviewing induction guides and drafting how-to guides Offboarding volunteers from HR System and conducting exit interviews Occasionally researching tools to improve onboarding. 1 to 3 hours a week or more if that works for you. The role is fully remote - though you might get the opportunity to meet fellow volunteers down the track. You'll also need your own Laptop.
