We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Assistant to support our organisation's initiatives and community outreach programmes. Duties

Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content to market our programmes and events.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining volunteer schedules.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for effective community engagement.
Qualifications

Previous experience in public health or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of volunteers.
Excellent project management skills with an organised approach to task completion.
Proficient in social media management and marketing techniques to enhance outreach efforts.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
