Job Description
As a Voice Engineer at Ameriprise India LLP, you will be responsible for supporting all In-Scope Voice/Contact Center and recording Technologies. Your role will involve proactively monitoring and quickly responding to hardware, software, and network Incidents. You must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills and collaborate closely with vendor/contractor partners. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing after-hours changes/upgrades to Voice and Contact Center related applications and infrastructure, completing detailed implantation plans/design documentation, and troubleshooting/resolving complex Incidents. You will be expected to provide expert-level troubleshooting and end-to-end support/resolution of Service Requests.
