4-8 years of relevant experience in designing, developing and maintaining dashboards, data visualization and self service tools
Preferred Fields of Study:
Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Analytics

Job Function Overview
The Visualization Developer role in the Performance Comms team is responsible for graphical and visual representation of communications data (Internal and External) to convey complex analysis and insights in an innovative and effective manner to aid in business decision making. The ideal candidate will have a healthy appetite and experience in the design of analytical tools, dashboards and self-service solutions. They should be able to translate complex statistical concepts into simple yet meaningful visualizations and develop rich, insightful content that supports business behavior and change.
What You will do
• Understand business requirements of the project and augment wireframes to build highly interactive and user friendly visualizations.
• Serve as an expert on robust data visualization and dashboarding solutions and represent best-in-class design practices and standardization across all data products.
• Own end to end dashboarding solutions including requirements analysis, prototyping, creating user guides, documentation, testing solutions and provide ongoing maintenance support including troubleshooting solutions.
• Deliver high quality solutions that meet requirements with minimal on-going maintenance and low risk of production incidents
• Experience working with visualization, data extraction and analysis technologies such as PowerBI (DAX), Tableau, Qlikview, Looker or similar tools to deliver contextual, thoughtfully presented visual output
• Strong SQL skills
• Well versed in relational database structures in order to source effectively from these for reports and dashboards
• Understanding of user-centered design and development
• Understanding of visualization design principles
• Experience with structured and unstructured data sets
• Ability to clean and integrate data from a variety of sources
• Using enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms and other project management software
• Strong business and technical acumen, excellent debugging skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong problem solving, communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things through
• Identifying and keeping up with industry leading best practices in relevant technical domains
