System Engineer – ServiceNow Development
Location: - Hyderabad/Pune
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in workflow automation, scripting, integrations, and ServiceNow platform development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Design workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalogs and Service Portal solutions.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party systems.
• Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
