Visual / Graphic Designer

We're looking for visual designers to help us build and grow Instahyre. Over the last couple of years, Instahyre achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, with hundreds of customers ranging from the fastest-growing startups like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, to the world's largest corporations like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Intel and more.

In this role, you will be part of our marketing team, with a mission to create and deliver world-class design for our product and marketing teams. You will research, conceptualize and standardize the design philosophy to help create memorable visual stories for recruiters and candidates will enable exponential growth for Instahyre. You will get to work with various teams to create videos and design that will help us to translate industry problems into solutions through effective communication and user stories.

The role:
• Design conceptualization: work with our product and marketing teams to churn out high-quality designs for existing and new products
• Collateral design: create collaterals and graphics for sales and marketing purposes, such as landing pages, brochures, infographics, industry reports and social media posts
• Marketing communication design: create attractive designs for all outbound marketing communications
• Video design: create animations and videos for all our outbound marketing campaigns
