Role: Graphic Designer

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Role & responsibilities:
• Develop visual concepts based on briefs and present multiple design directions where required
• Execute final designs across formats including digital content, print collateral, and large-format outputs
• Design marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, flyers, and presentations with strong layout and typography control
• Create social media creatives including static posts, carousels, and motion-based content
• Edit short-form videos, product explainers, and basic animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Shoot and edit basic product photos and marketing videos with an understanding of framing, lighting, and composition
• Design exhibition creatives including stall backdrops, flex/fabric banners, and standees, ensuring clarity at scale and print readiness
• Support video content for platforms such as YouTube, including editing and thumbnail creation
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork across print and digital formats, ensuring correct specifications and output quality
• Manage multiple tasks and deliver work within defined timelines
Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelors degree in design, visual communication, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably across multiple formats (print, digital, video)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently while following a structured reporting system
• Experience in creating both digital and print-ready designs
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain consistency across outputs

Tools & Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of print production, including bleed, margins, and color formats
