As a 01 startup, every team member plays a critical role in shaping the future of how India shops for fashion and other lifestyle categories like BPC, Home, Luggage, Accessories & more.Role OverviewWe are looking for a visual-first designer to own the Slikk apps aesthetic by building cohesive design systems, iconography, and premium Rive animations that make the product feel alive. You should be a versatile collaborator capable of maintaining brand sharpness across product, marketing, and even print or packaging when needed. Above all, we want an innovative builder who actively integrates AI tools and automated workflows to scale our design production and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end visual layer of the Slikk app, ensuring a cohesive, premium, and polished user experience across all digital touchpoints.Design and maintain comprehensive design systems, including card and banner frameworks, section layouts, and iconography.Execute in-app visual merchandising and section designs that align with product and marketing objectives.Elevate the product experience by creating high-quality animations and motion graphics using Rive.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to ensure all in-app assets are sharp, on-brand, and technically sound.Support physical brand touchpoints by occasionally designing for print and packaging as required.Optimize design operations by integrating AI tools (such as Claude and Figma plugins) into workflows to scale production and improve efficiency.What were looking for23 years in UI, product, or visual design (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome)Solid grasp of design systems components, grids, type hierarchies, and visual consistency at scaleExperience with Rive or a genuine interest in learning in-app animationA good eye for fashion and retail aesthetics you understand how visual merchandising works, even in a digital contextSomeone who can move quickly without losing quality we ship fast and the bar stays highExperience implementing AI workflows within design pipelines is a strong plusIf you naturally figure out how to apply AI to problems, you're welcome here regardless of how your background looks on paperWhy Join us?Build from 01: Be part of building a fast-growing lifestyle quick commerce platform from the ground upHigh Impact Role: Directly influence operational efficiency and customer experience.Fast-Paced Startup: Thrive in a high-energy environment with rapid learning and growth.Ownership & Visibility: Take full ownership of operations with strong decision-making exposure.
