Ad-creatives/ Visual Creator
Note : This is a freelance/contractual opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production and Editing:
• Develop engaging video ads and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Edit videos using professional tools, ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand guidelines.
• Enhance video storytelling through seamless transitions, effects, and subtitles.
2. Visual Content Design:
• Design visually stunning graphics, animations, and thumbnails for ads and social media.
• Create on-brand posts, reels, and stories that align with the latest trends and brand identity.
• Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms to produce professional visuals.
3. Content Creation and Voiceover Production:
• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for ad campaigns and digital content.
• Write and deliver impactful voiceovers using advanced software tools.
• Collaborate with teams to align tone, style, and messaging in all content.
4. Brand Alignment and Creative Direction:
• Ensure all content reflects the desired style, mood, and messaging of the brand.
• Maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic across all platforms.
• Plan and pitch innovative content ideas to support campaigns and engage audiences.
5. Ad Strategy and Campaign Execution:
• Work with marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Analyze ad performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance results.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of social media platform requirements and best practices.
Creative Expertise:
• Proven ability to create visually striking & worthy content.
• Strong creativity and innovative thinking to conceptualize unique ad ideas.
• Ability to replicate and evolve reference aesthetics into brand-specific visuals.
Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in video production, editing, and voiceover creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, visually appealing content.
Additional Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• In-depth understanding of audience behavior and platform trends.
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
