About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on role understanding: understanding the specifications mentioned in the JDs shared by the client for the roles assigned to us with the expected TAT to close the position
• Work on the recruiting strategy: assessing the availability of the talent pool as per the specifications shared by the client and drafting a recruitment strategy or plan to start working on the given role as per the available resources to ensure closure within the specified time
