Job Description
Morni is expanding into Jaipur.
We’re looking for a camera-first creative who can beautifully capture craft, edit with taste, and build scalable content systems for a global brand.
This is not a writing-led social media role.
It’s a shoot → edit → organize → publish role.
Morni is building the operating system for conscious fashion — merging culture, nature, craft, and technology into one creation platform.
We work with natural materials, Indian artisans, and forward-thinking creators to design pieces for a global market.
Every week we are:
• Prototyping new silhouettes
• Experimenting with craft techniques
• Building tech-enabled co-creation systems
• Producing limited runs for global brands + individuals
There is constant movement. Constant beauty. Constant evolution.
We need someone who sees it — and knows how to capture it.
What You’ll Own
• Shoot high-quality photo + video inside our Jaipur studio
• (materials, sampling, embroidery, production, QC, final pieces)
• Edit clean, premium visuals for:
• Instagram (Reels / Stories / Carousels)
• E-commerce product sets
• Brand-ready asset folders
• Create repeatable templates for:
• Product photography sets
• Reel formats
• Production documentation
• Maintain a clean, searchable asset system
• Help us build a scalable visual engine — not one-off posts
Bonus (big plus): You use AI tools for faster editing, tagging, caption drafts, and asset organization.
Who You Are
• You genuinely get excited capturing beauty.
• You notice small details — light on fabric, texture in stitching, movement in drape.
• You care about taste. You don’t post noise.
• You feel uncomfortable when folders are messy.
• You like structure, naming systems, templates.
• You’re thorough. You don’t “almost finish” things.
• You enjoy being in physical spaces — studios, materials, people, process.
• You’re energized by building something early and meaningful.
If you are mostly a writer, strategist, or community manager — this role won’t be a fit.
Role Details
• Full-time
• Jaipur-based (on-ground studio presence required)
• Fast-moving environment with real ownership
