The ideal candidate will possess outstanding creative thinking skills, enabling them to create innovative designs based on engaging conversations with clients. They should be confident communicators, capable of regularly assessing client needs and adjusting their approach accordingly.

To thrive in this role, you must maintain a deep understanding of the interior design landscape and trends, allowing you to provide cutting-edge ideas for clients.

Responsibilities:
• Design office spaces according to established processes
• Participate in sales meetings to secure orders
• Lead the design process in tandem with clients
• Collaborate with MEP consultants on MEP and HVAC requirements

Qualifications:
• A minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution
• Experience managing high-value projects independently in commercial interiors, such as office spaces and retail outlets (B2B)
• Strong working knowledge of Sketchup, V-ray, and SpaceCraft Pro is essential
• Site experience is mandatory, demonstrating confidence in proposed designs' feasibility for smooth installation
• Must be customer-centric, providing functional yet aesthetically pleasing solutions within clients' budget constraints
• Exposure to commercial projects is required
• Google Sketchup software proficiency
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to construct and defend ideas/designs/pricing
• Communication in English is mandatory, with local language proficiency desirable
