Role Description This is a part-time and fully remote role for a Personal Assistant who have knowledge of ai and their application at CEDX INC. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, handling administrative tasks, and providing executive-level support. In addition, the role includes coordinating communication, maintaining clerical processes, and assisting with various projects to ensure operational efficiency. Flexibility and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Robust skills in Personal Assistance, AI agents like claude, gpt, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Diary Management Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency Proficient in performing Clerical Tasks and managing administrative responsibilities Ability to manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality Highly proficient with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Offi
