Position: Back Office Cum Accountant Executive

Job Summary
OX Connections LLP is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Back Office Cum Accountant Executive to support the company's daily administrative, operational, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation, records, and office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
Handle data entry and prepare MIS reports.
Work on Tally for accounting entries, voucher posting, and record maintenance.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
Maintain employee and client databases.
Schedule meetings and follow up on pending tasks.
Support HR and administrative activities whenever required.
Ensure proper filing and document management.
Perform other back-office and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Skills Required
Must have good working experience in Tally (Mandatory).
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good typing and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Back Office and Accounting.
Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
